Lowering your blood pressure can seem like a monumental task — change the way you eat and exercise more — but not if you break it down into small, manageable steps that you can put into action today.
With a name like spider veins, it’s little wonder that this pesky vascular issue is one that’s not welcome by most. And if you’re waiting for these spindly veins to clear up on their own, you have a long wait ahead of you.
